We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Light Carpenter to join our team in Neenah, WI. This hands-on role involves building sales display boards, fixtures, photo sets, and trade show displays while supporting warehouse and production operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform light carpentry work to build, deconstruct, and reconstruct photo sets and product displays.
  • Assist with the construction and assembly of trade show booth displays.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and air-driven tools.
  • Conduct quality control inspections, including using measuring tools such as calipers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Support warehouse and production teams as needed.
  • Follow established procedures and work instructions.
  • Work overtime when needed to meet production and customer demands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Previous forklift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while following instructions and established guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more.
  • Ability to climb rolling ladders up to 10 feet.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment.
  • Visual ability to inspect products and identify quality issues.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse setting with changing temperatures based on outdoor weather conditions.
  • Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, and airborne particles.
  • Uneven walking surfaces and occasional slippery floors may be present.
  • Forklifts and other warehouse equipment operate in the work area.
